Full slate of games on tap for this long weekend and we’ve got 5 ranked-on-ranked matchups to welcome us back to picking against the spread. Games picked = Penn State @ Wisconsin, Alabama vs Miami, Indiana @ Iowa, Louisiana @ Texas, and Georgia vs Clemson.
We’ve got games to discuss thanks to Week 0 action (apologies to Scott Frost), as well as our final two conference previews of the offseason before things really get rolling this weekend.
It’s time to look forward? ahead? to the B1G and ACC seasons - each have a clear favorite to represent their conference in the playoff, but is there any fun to be had outside of first place? Bonus Monday golf talk!
Yet another College Football campaign is right around the corner so we have fired up our sports takes to preview schools among the Group of 5 conferences, Independents, and the PAC-12. Bonus re-alignment reactions and some wager conversation as well.
Let’s all congratulate ourselves for making it to the end of Katie Thurston’s journey in New Mexico, which ended with a weird engagement to franchise veteran Blake Moynes and a sluggish three-hour finale. Emily’s squad finishes the year with a runaway victory and college football can’t return soon enough!
We’re back to review the past two weeks of Katie’s journey which included some surprise departures from top candidates and introductions to interesting characters during Hometowns week; bonus discussion - in which Olympic event could we win bronze if we had 4 years of nonstop training?
Better late than never, we’re back to review the final dates and rose ceremony before Hometowns take place; plenty of roasting opportunities as Katie trimmed her prospect pool to four men.
In this installment we’ve got two semi-eventful episodes to cover as Katie continues thinning the herd in New Mexico. Bad group dates, more scheming, tough exits, and bonus discussion on how many unbuttoned buttons is too many.
Not a very captivating episode from Katie & the dudes but we still respect the game and give our thoughts, as well as some debate about preferred carb binges and body waxing options spurred by this week’s group date.
Join us as we break down episode 3 of Katie’s time in New Mexico which includes more of the Karl saga, a fairly uncomfortable group date, and perhaps one of the most impressive one-on-one date performances we’ve ever seen.
We’ve returned to the microphones to recap nights 1 & 2 of Katie’s quest for love in New Mexico and we cover it all including the best/worst introductions from night 1, couples dressing alike, getting ourselves into show-worthy shape, and much more.
After a brief offseason, ABC is back with another season of The Bachelorette so naturally it’s time for us to roast and draft the dudes who are lined up to compete for Katie Thurston’s heart.
We have returned to put our finishing takes on Matt’s season as The Bachelor, including a fairly uneventful finale and an awkward/uncomfortable After The Final Rose session.
Fantasy Suites week has occurred, Matt is down to two women, and we of course have some thoughts/feelings/concerns.
‘Women Tell All’ week didn’t really end up revealing anything new or unique about this season but we are back to discuss and analyze all the same. Bonus home improvement and bedding talk!
Hometowns have come and gone, and we’re now down to three women remaining for Matt to choose from. Come for the roasting of contestant families and stay for our charming miscellaneous tangents.
We’re back with a pile of Bachelor items from Episode 7 to dive into including Matt sucking at breaking up, continued poor rose-handling, and rose ceremony fashion critiques. Bonus topics include Disney soundtracks and Chris Harrison being in the news for the wrong reasons.
We had a weak technical-difficulty moment, but we’re back to discuss everything from car dealership personalities, eyebrow techniques, and of course another episode of Matt James’ journey to find love.
This week’s episode had it all - new girls showing up to the bubble, a hot air balloon date, fights in a boxing ring, and plenty of petty drama.
Join us this week to discuss the important stuff like pickled vegetables, fainting for attention, and a dramatic exit so soon in Matt James’ journey.
